It makes me happy to note, however, that I am not the only mom who feels compelled to offer incredibly obvious (and probably irritating) advice like, you should have taken care of that. Don’t be mad at your mom. We can’t help it.

Yeah, “Girls in Hawaii” is not too bad.
The Coral Sea album has a couple of good tracks on it, definitely give them another try.

I have to pay half the registration now and the other half later. This means I have to go into the DMV… So lame.

oh dear, those darn registrations! i got stopped for that once, too–$125!! i was over a year behind, but still!

i’ll give the coral sea another go, as well as look up the band mfi suggests. i get a fair number of hits from belgium, so the least i can do is reciprocate somehow, am i right?
